Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging.

• Request made within 30 days.

• Proof of purchase required.

How to Return:

Return instructions or label will be provided if applicable.

Refunds:
Processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Faulty/Damaged items:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Non-returnable items:
Clearance, personalized, or used items (unless faulty).
